Program Itinerary

Day 1:   Cairo

Arrival Cairo airport, transfer to hotel and  overnight

Day 2: Cairo visits

Breakfast, our day will be started by visiting Pyramids Area of Giza the last survivors of the "Seven Wonders of the Ancient

World , after that you will visit a local Egyptian Perfume and Papyrus shops, lunch at local restaurant ,

Then will drive to visit the Egyptian Museum where we will explore corridors lined by sphinxes, halls with giant statuesand rooms with scores of golden artefacts, .

Day 03

Drive from Cairo to Alalamien

Visit Alamien Cemetery

Alamayn: Al ‘Alamayn or El ‘Alamein, town in northeastern Egypt, in MaЕЈruh governorate, located near the Mediterranean Sea. Al ‘Alamayn is 326 km northwest of the Egyptian capital, Cairo, and 103 km west of Alexandria. The town is most famous as the scene of one of the most important battles of World War II (1939-1945). The Mediterranean coast north of Al ‘Alamayn has a number of rest houses and hotels, with plans to develop more. With good road and rail links to Alexandria, the town is also a gateway for exploring the Qattara Depression, an inland desert area below sea level. During World War II, the British Eighth Army, under General Bernard Law Montgomery, fell back to Al ‘Alamayn in June and July 1942 after being defeated by the Germans and Italians at Tobruk, Libya. On October 23, 1942, Montgomery initiated a successful offensive against the German Afrika Korps under General Erwin Rommel. Costing tens of thousands of casualties, this battle proved to be the turning point of the war in North Africa. Today, the War Museum in Al ‘Alamayn and British, German, and Italian monuments and cemeteries in the area commemorate the battle. Overnight in Alamien

Day 4:     Alamein-Siwa

After breakfast, drive from Alameine to siwa .

Breakfast and then moving towards Siwa Oasis from the north coast

Arrivals to Siwa Oasis through Qattara Depression the view itself is breathtaking as we will see the whole oasis with all its natural view (magnificent views of water lakes, sand dunes and palm trees) We’ll visit the old oasis (Shali) Dinner and over night in siwa

Siwa Oasis: The remote northern oasis, it's inhabitant of Barber origin an unusual history. It was in the ‘Temple of Oracle’ that Alexander the Macedonian received Ammons blessings to become the greatest man of his time

Day 5: Siwa Oasis

After Breakfast we take a donkey drawn cart for a tour around the city and visit Cleopatra’s spring, Mountain of the Dead, Alexander the Great Temple (Temple of the Oracle).

Lunch in traditional restaurant. Free tour after Lunch

3 pm. bathing in one the most beautiful roman water springs. dinner and overnight .

Day 6:           Baharia Oasis

8 am. After breakfast we’ll leave Siwa and move forward to travel to the Western Desert. The desert is a land of mystery, illusion and clarity. What can it offer you? A new experience that will take you out of your normal element. The terrain is different and you break out of your normal thought patterns. The power and strange beauty will move you. Your first stop today is the Bahariya Oasis where you will have lunch

Then we can visit the Golden Mummies Museum. & Bawiti

Then On the way we will stop at the Black and Crystal Mountain – a wonder in the heart of the desert entirely composed of quartz crystal. Afterwards continue to Bir Regwa where you meet the jeeps which will take you to the White Desert. You will arrive at your camping spot late in the afternoon, your guides will set up camp which is a simple roofless three-sided enclosure of thick patterned Bedouin fabric (to provide protection from the desert winds) and a series of carpets on the sand and a few large cushions and some camel-hair blankets. A blazing fire at the mouth of the enclosure keeps away the night time chill as your guides ritually prepare cups tea while dinner is cooking hen, as the sky turns deep indigo and the desert glows orange you will enjoy fire-baked bread and delicious vegetarian stews before we bed down by the fire for the night. Nights out here are magnificent with clear desert air

And no light pollution which means the Milky Way is clearly visible. Overnight: Desert Camp (B, L, D)

DAY 7: WHITE DESERT

Sunrise in the White Desert is a magical time because of the unique silence,. During the day, this place is a blindingly white world in the middle of the ochre desert and looks like an outdoor sculpture museum, a dreamlike landscape created from the mind of someone like Salvador Dali. The imagination runs wild in such a place as the formations change shape depending on the perspective and angle of the sun. This white world looks as if it has had a recent covering of snow and is populated with strange figures like birds, mushrooms, fluffy white marshmallows and ice cream cones. There is even one that resembles the mushroom-shaped cloud of a nuclear explosion. At night, especially under a full moon, the surreal shapes cast eerie black shadows on what resembles a frozen Arctic landscape. After a full day of exploration and adventure return to camp for sunset meditation followed by dinner and storytelling around the campfire before nestling down for another night sleeping under the stars. Day 8 -WHITE DESERT – DAKHLA OASIS

breakfast continue to Dakhla Oasis the farthest oasis out of Cairo. This is one of the most beautiful Oases in Egypt. It is

surrounded by pink cliffs and acres of gardens filled with hot springs, mulberry trees, date palms, figs and citrus fruits. The word oasis conjures images of rest and relaxation - a sanctuary where you can renew yourself. The Dakhla Oasis is just that – an unspoilt refuge from the modern world, a pocket of civilizations set in the dramatic landscapes of the Sahara Desert.

Upon arrival, you will check into the fabulous Shanda Lodge & Spa – a Nubian/Saharan style desert lodge featuring clusters of buildings with typical domes and arches in warm sunset colors complemented by lush gardens. DAY 9: DAKHLA OASIS (Excursion to Al’Qasr & Camel Ride into the Dune Fields)

Early morning breakfast then explores the magical mud-brick town of Al’Qasr where you can wander past mud-brick houses, through a labyrinth of alleyways just wide enough to fit a donkey cart. This is a scene straight out of 1001 Arabian Nights! Little has changed in this traditional village since medieval times and Al’Qasr will give you an idea of how they used to live in these desert towns thousands of years ago. Afterward, return to the lodge for lunch,

The afternoon takes a camel ride into the nearby dune fields for an opportunity to relish the silence of the dunes. Amongst these big mountains of sand, you will explore the quietest territories of your being. Then enjoy a most magical sunset before heading back to Shanda Lodge. DAY 10: Dakhla – Kharga

breakfast at Shanda  Lodge - Transfer to Kharga Oasis. Arrival and visit the temple of Hibis, the Christian tombs of Bagawat and then the old town of kharga drive to visit the angora fortress area.  Then Check in at solymar  pioneers in

DAY 11: Kharga OASIS – LUXOR

After an early morning breakfast travel to Luxor in the Nile Valley. On the way, a visit will visit Oasis of Baris - The Temple of Dush in the Oasis of Paris

Upon arrival check into your hotel and then in the evening explore Luxor Temple before returning to your hotel for dinner in the hotel restaurant. Later if you wish you can visit the markets in Luxor for some last-minute souvenir shopping. Overnight: Luxor hotel  (B, L, D)

DAY 12: Luxor

Early morning breakfast in the hotel restaurant followed by transfer to Karnak Temple one of the most important temples in all of Egypt. Walk-in silence amongst papyrus and lotus columns, obelisks and shrines then take an unpaved road, off the beaten track, to an exquisite little temple that houses the sanctuary of the lioness-goddess Sekhmet. Inside this dark chamber, you will find a slender human-sized black basalt statue of the goddess standing alone and upright against the back wall. She is known as the "powerful one", the third eye of the sun god Ra, whose solar eyes symbolize the one who gained enlightenment through the controlled use of power. Afterward, explore the Sacred Lake then visit the valley of kings to visit the royal tombs. drive to your hotel for overnight

Day 13: LUXOR – CAIRO

transfer to Luxor Airport for a later afternoon or early evening flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival in Cairo transfer to a nearby airport hotel. Dinner in the hotel restaurant followed by an evening at own leisure. Overnight: Cairo Airport Hotel (B, D)

DAY 14: CAIRO

After breakfast transfer to Cairo Airport. Depart Cairo around noon to home
